Membership Application and Information

1.  Download the appropriate application form for your requirements HERE.
2.  Print the Application Form 
3.  Fill out the application form completely including the Fingerprints with a standard Passport Photo attached to the Fingerprint Page (But not covering the fingerprints or palm prints in scanned documents please)
4.  Attach a copy of the Bank Receipt from your Initial Deposit and two valid Identification Cards to your application form before scanning for submission
5.  Deposit the Three Hundred Peso Card/Membership Fee in addition to Your Initial Participatory Amount as per the Deposit Instructions below.
   Make sure to include a photocopy or scan of the deposit receipt with your application so that your deposit can be properly accredited to your account. APPLICATIONS WITHOUT IDENTIFICATION, LEGIBLE FINGERPRINTS AND DEPOSIT RECEIPTS CANNOT BE PROCESSED!!!
6.  Return the Application via electronic transmission (Email)

    Please note that the page with the Finger Prints should be scanned at a resolution of at least 300 DPI to insure that the Fingerprints are legible. Applications submitted without legible or readily identifiable fingerprints will be discarded (The initial Participatory Amount shall be returned minus any and all fees but the Card Application Fee will be Forfeit unless the Application is resubmitted in a proper format with legible fingerprints.

INITIAL PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS AND BENEFITS

    The initial Participatory Fee is however much you want it to be. The Three Hundred Pesos initial fee shall be deducted from whatever amount is initially deposited. Initial returns on your investment will be in the amount of ten percent of your initial deposit-amount added to your account after a period not to exceed six months. The ten-percent “interest” paid into your account will then be established as an annual payment.

    Money can be deposited into United Asia Bank using the following information: Minimum Deposits for an Individual Level Membership is Five Thousand US Dollars and/or its equivalent in Euro. Minimum Deposits for the Corporate or Organizational Level Membership is Twenty-Five Thousand US Dollars and/or its equivalent in Euro. Institutional Level membership is one million US dollars or its equivalent in Euro. National Level and Governmental Membership shall be facilitated in a TTM concerning treaty negotiations between Principals.
