The very concept of a no-payment loan may seem outrageous at first glance but in reality, the concept is not so difficult to comprehend. No Recourse loans are established utilizing the same principles that allow for the provision of basic necessities to the general population throughout their lives. Despite the name that may provoke visions of “free money” with little more than a casual glance, these loans are generally reserved for well-established business interests who are looking to expand into the realm of Humanitarian Concerns, Causes, Projects and Programs. There are, by necessity, some limitations on these loans though the terms and conditions of the loans will vary based on the individual loan and circumstances of that loan.

If someone talks about a “No Payment” Loan, the first reaction may be one of utter dismay or at least a sense of disbelief. How can anyone offer a “No Payment” loan? How does any Financial Authority get their money back, much less any positive return on investment if there is never any loan payment schedule and No payments are made? It is not that no loan payments are made, only that they do not come directly from the borrower. Additionally, lump sum payments are not just handed out to the borrower either. It is imperative to remember the utilization of the principles of private trade when considering how all of this comes together to form a viable loan package.

The Private Trade Platforms are established in such a manner as to guarantee a larger than average return. In short, these monies are federally and internationally regulated as are the investments in order that there can be a guaranteed trade and return. Such a system is imperative for the purposes of International Commerce and Trade and the global economic system would crash without the benefit of such programs. In this case, the money in an amount equal to that of the loan value is set aside and placed for trade. As the monies begin generating proceeds, those proceeds are then disbursed in accordance with the terms of the loan so that the original borrower can then begin “drawing” on the original loan amount. These “draws” will continue until such a time as the full amount has been paid out to the borrower. These loans are ideally suited for many larger corporations and for foundations with larger projects that require a continual source of funding rather than merely requiring a lump sum of capital to work with from the very beginning.

The major variations in such loans will be based on what size loan is needed, over what period of time the loan disbursements will have to be made and even what trades are currently available at the time the loan is applied for and processed.
