Global Infrastructure, Development and International Finance Agency is now opening up the Official Registration Process for Projects and Programs within the following parameters as are set forth herein. Please note that there are two classes of Projects and Programs being funded at this time. The first and the most highly prioritized are those Community Developments that provide specifically for the poor, indigent and other underclass (and formerly underclass) citizens of the world. Given the highly complex and systemic nature of entire community developments, a great many projects and programs without such a scope may be more likely to be funded and developed if they are submitted as individual projects or programs that can be integrated into existing or newly funded Community Development Programs.

A great many of the Funding Requirements and Parameters focus on the provision of “No Cost to Members” goods and services to those individuals receiving assistance and being empowered and enabled to improve their lives in addition to the “normal” citizens within these communities. In reality, some of these goods and services will require a one-percent co-pay by the recipients. These will likely include insurance, education, medical care and treatment and other goods and services that routinely bankrupt the average family in the world today.

The people at GIDIFA do know and understand that such thinking is not common and certainly not prevalent in the world today and perhaps is even less so when dealing with the homeless, the indigent and other more needy souls who may never have any real capacity to pay such large debts. Thus, even those groups and organizations that have Community Developments which are designed to be economically sustainable through profitability can be integrated with GIDIFA Financial Systems that will allow for the provision of these “No Cost to Members” goods and services to all of the citizens of these new communities.

(Please note that GIDIFA Membership is required not only to receive funding, but also in order to establish and integrate these new systems for the provision of “No Cost to Members” goods and services within your community development projects and for the purposes of being a beneficiary of those same goods and services)
